Making a difference where we live and work has always been an important element of our company culture. One of the best ways we can think of to give back to our community is to support  organizations that help others in need and improve our community. Ironworks and our employees are proud sponsors and participants in the following groups.

American Cancer Society

American Cancer Society

Ironworks employees participate in two ACS events: Relay for Life, an overnight event designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money for research and programs of the American Cancer Society and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, a non-competitive walk designed to raise awareness, foster camaraderie, and raise funds for breast cancer research, patient services, education, and advocacy.

VMFA is the nation’s oldest and largest statewide art system. The Museum houses a collection of world art ranging from antiquities to the latest in contemporary art. Ironworks’ COO, Will Loving, member of the VMFA Foundation Board of Directors and former Chairman of the VMFA Business Council says it best: “As an active member of the VMFA Foundation Board of Directors, I’m fortunate to work with local business leaders who share the conviction that the Museum is an important asset of the State of Virginia, as well as a center for creative energy and inspiration. As COO of a Richmond-based company that provides consulting services to a variety of industries nationwide, I appreciate the fact that the arts stimulate ideas and fresh perspectives that can be applied in the workplace."
